Terms and Condition

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Little Royalties Online Kiddies Contest (the “Contest”). By registering your child, casting votes, or engaging in any activity related to the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ELIGIBILITY

  • The Contest is open to children aged 0 to 12 years.
  • Only parents or legal guardians may register a child for the Contest.
  • Contestants must be residents of Nigeria.
  • Employees, agents, or affiliates of Little Royalties and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • False or misleading information during registration may lead to disqualification.

PURPOSE OF CONTEST

  • The Contest is designed to celebrate children’s beauty, confidence, and creativity while fostering a fun and engaging community.
  • It provides an opportunity for parents to showcase their children’s charm through online voting.
  • The Contest is not a lottery or gambling scheme; it is purely a competitive event based on votes.

REGISTRATION

  • Parents or legal guardians must complete the official registration form on the Little Royalties platform.
  • A valid means of identification may be required to verify guardianship.
  • By registering, participants grant Little Royalties the right to use submitted photos and content for promotional purposes.
  • Registration does not guarantee a win; winning is based on votes as outlined below.

VOTES

  • Voting is open to the public at a cost of ₦50 per vote.
  • There is no limit to the number of votes a single person can cast.
  • Votes are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Little Royalties reserves the right to disqualify contestants who engage in fraudulent voting practices, including but not limited to vote-buying schemes or use of automated systems.
  • The voting process is subject to verification to ensure fairness.

WINNING PRIZES

  • Prizes will be awarded to contestants with the highest number of votes at the end of the voting period.
  • The prize categories and structure will be communicated before the contest begins.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where explicitly stated.
  • Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility before receiving prizes.
  • Little Royalties reserves the right to modify or substitute prizes due to unforeseen circumstances.

PERSONAL DATA & LICENSE

  • By participating, contestants and their guardians consent to the collection, processing, and use of personal data for the Contest.
  • Little Royalties may use contestants’ images, names, and stories for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without further compensation.
  • Personal data will be handled in accordance with Nigeria’s Data Protection Laws.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES (FORCE MAJEURE)

  • Little Royalties shall not be held liable for any delay, modification, suspension, or cancellation of the Contest due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
    • Government regulations or restrictions
    • Internet or technical disruptions
    • Security threats or cyberattacks
  • In such cases, Little Royalties reserves the right to reschedule, amend, or terminate the Contest with prior notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content, including images, videos, and promotional materials related to the Contest, is the exclusive property of Little Royalties.
  • Participants may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Little Royalties branding, content, or intellectual property without prior written consent.

INDEMNIFICATION

  • By participating, contestants and their guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Royalties , its affiliates, and sponsors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
    • Misuse of the Contest platform
    • Violation of these Terms and Conditions
    • Any harm, loss, or damage resulting from participation

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
  • Any disputes arising from this Contest shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in accordance with Nigerian law.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  • By registering a contestant or casting a vote, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Little Royalties reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

DISQUALIFICATION & TERMINATION

  • Little Royalties reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who violates these Terms, engages in misconduct, or attempts to manipulate results.
  • Little Royalties may suspend or terminate the Contest if it determines that fair competition cannot be ensured.
